30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 5

Hey lovely losers & fluffy monsters,

Happy Tuesday! My own operator error or internet gremlins ate my post yesterday, I am so sorry! Let's catch up!

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged.

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Kids, it's been a bad mental health day & I'll be real, I'm not making promises here.

Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 3/5 days.

Alone time to word vomit into journal: Therapy which has a similar impact to my mental health.

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for access to mental health services & health insurance. The American healthcare system is inherently flawed but that's not a topic I want to rant about today so I guess I'm grateful my employer provides a good plan. Also very grateful for my dental hygienist being such a bad bish. We really connected and I guess even my black little heart needs human connection.

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I really appreciated my choices to stay hydrated & stay vertical. Not skipping the dentist or my therapy appointment is a definite win.
