hello! i am a 20f stay at home mom and i am at my limit. I’m tired of wearing baggy clothes and missing out on opportunities because i’m stressed about how i look. i’m 5’3 and weight 196 lbs. i want to be 165 and lose fat/tone and get stronger rather than worry about scale numbers. i struggle with cooking healthy meals because i come from an unhealthy diabetic family and i barely know how to cook (meaning literally anything) i’ve noticed since becoming a SAHM i’m not as active as before, so i got a gym membership and calculated a calorie deficit but i’m having a hard time staying full and making meals that actually taste good. any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated! thank you!
