My family and i ate a carabbas tonight and they had the calories listed on the menu. The only vegan thing i could eat , spaghetti pomedoro, was almost 1000 calories for the entree. I then saw their sides and saw how a side of pasta pomedoro is 260 calories and a side of asparagus was 60 calories. I was like damn thats what im getting then lol. I saved over 600 calories! And it came out as a modest amount of food. And you know what? I actually feel good about it and want to order off the sides menu more often at restaurants because american portion sizes are too big. My family eats out a ton and i think this could really change the game for me. Anyone else do this? Is there some restaurants where this doesnt work?
