I am a 15 years old Male 5'4 160CW and i've been on a 1200 calorie deficit for the past 5 months. I have lost a bunch of weight, SW 225 so basically 65 pounds, but since im getting closer to healthy weight I'm trying to figure out if my calorie intake should go up. My daily diet usually consists of 300-400 calorie breakfast, skip lunch, and 500-600 calorie breakfast. Im fairly active too, atleast an hour a day of voluntary exercise+School athletics. There are no bmr calculators for teenagers so it would be appreciated if i could get an estimate of my calorie intake.
Also, I've had some doubts,
Have i messed up my body by being on a low calorie deficit?
Is being on a calorie deficit bad for teenagers?
Should I stop being on a calorie Deficit?
