Minor weight-loss when you're already at an ideal weight, just to feel more "comfortable"?

Hi, sorry if this post doesn't make much sense to you. But I've been wondering about something.

I'm 23f, 5'3" and I'm always within the same range of 48.5 to about 51 kg.

Whenever I get closer to 51 kg I feel kind of "off". Just to be clear, I love my body at that weight but I just feel more comfortable weighing just a little less than that. So I start eating a liiittle less just to get back to my "most comfortable weight" (about 49.5 kg).

My questions:

  • Can this tiny amount of weight-loss really make that much of a difference?
  • Is there a word for this "most comfortable weight"?

Thank you so much. :)
