Started at 89.8 kg (197lbs), BMI 29, waistline 93cm Now I'm at 69.6 kg (153) BMI 22.5 waistline 77cm In fact, I've dropped between 14-19 cm off of all of my torso, but the most dramatic is my waist. I'm so much more active now, I run with a neighborhood jogging club twice a week, and I have the confidence to do a random yoga or zumba class now, with no fear of embarrassing myself (wish I'd done it sooner!) But it's the little things, like being able to squat down without pain, and going up the stairs without being out of breath
I did it mostly with intermittent fasting, plus a lot of portion control and balancing out heavy meals with light ones. I also learned a lot from diets like keto and bright line eating, and I try to balance healthy proteins and fats at times my body is going to benefit from it, with a green diet as free as possible from sugar and processed flour and fast carbs.
