M23 5'9 SW-185 CW-149 GW-145.
Basically the title.I was 185 like 6 months ago with no muscle mass(just fat).Went through a rigourous diet and IF but didn't exercise one bit.Now I stand 149 but have that typical skinny fat look.Recently started lifting (home workout;I have a pair of 11 pound dumbbells) but I'm not really sure how to approach my diet from hereon.Should I continue my IF?.Should I increase my calories?(rn consuming 1500 in 2 meals).It's just messing up really.Also I know protein is extremely important but hypothetically what would happen if I consume enough calories but not enough protein(say less than 50gm).I want a lean boxerish physique.
