First time I post on this subreddit but def won't be my last!. I'm 5'6 btw. I used to be very overweight and when I went on the scale I couldn't believe my eyes I weighed over 200 pounds. I knew I had to do something quick so I started walking at least 30 minutes a day Then 40 to 45 minutes. And now Im at highschool now and Im walking all over the place 🤣. Im not so hungry in the morning since I wake up early to walk to school. But I'm starving when it's lunch time.i usually make a sandwich with lettuce and ham no mayo (ik ik no one likes a dry sandwich but I hate Mayo). I make boiled eggs the night before school then I eat like two eggs and feel fine. I always drink water I never really crave any type of soda or fast food anymore. I always want watermelon. I've lost so much fat around my stomach I'm kinda proud of myself but I'm nowhere near my gw. I need to lose like 25 pounds more to be in a normal weight. I always notice how my classmates are always buying the fast food from school. I'm not being a bitch I just wanna know why ppl would pay for greasy food and always get like a soda. We have a vending machine of chips and sodas. Id never pay for school food shit. I always bring a banana or a apple.
