I'm pumped and I am ready to lose weight, get healthy, gain some confidence back from achieving milestones and goals I set for myself. I have always been a petite person. It's almost part of my identity. Or how I see myself. Just before I became pregnant with my baby boy, I was at a very slim, yet healthy 57kg. I have an athletic build and I was content with how I looked and felt. A unicorn moment! Pregnancy absolutely blew that out of the water. 18 months later and I am very desperate to reclaim some control over my weight. At 70kg, I am aware that I am not obese, but I am completely uncomfortable. I have started my diet sensibly, it's working well, however- it's only been four days. I'd really like to know what you say to yourself to keep on track, the tricks you use- do you have a reward system for sticking to your diet/exercise plan. Do you have a song that resonates with you? Pictures on the fridge? A saying that you repeat when you start to flag? I'm so determined to succeed with losing those 10-13kg, I'd just love some of your advice and support. Thank you 💕
