30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 23

Hello lovely losers,

Happy Saturday! I wish for you the loveliest of fall days and hopefully a cute animal to either gawk at or actually pet as you see fit.

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Forgot this morning but had a lovely morning so still winning.

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it!

Exercise 5 days a week: Vigorous cleaning. My cleaning style is definitely full body work out. 19/23 days.

Alone time to word vomit into journal: Yup!

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for finding some cute clothes for my SO, getting some fun & practical stuff knocked off my to do list & feeling a little more hopeful. I needed it.

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & remembered my vitamins. I got some sunshine & really enjoyed the fall feel of everything.
