Just had bod pod done. Pleasantly surprised yet skeptical of the results.

To start, here are some pics of me relaxed and flexed, and the last picture is the bod pod results: https://imgur.com/a/fAlGC9i

A summary of it all is:

Age: 26

Sex: Male

Height: 6'2"

Weight: 241.41 lbs

Bodyfat: 56.26 lbs (23.3%)

Lean Mass: 185.17 lbs

BMR: 2270 cals

TDEE: 2906 cals (Sedentary)

But... I feel like I look way more than 23.3%. Maybe it's just the horrendous man boobs (+ bonus gyno) throwing me off. Because I know when I stick strictly to 1800 ish cals I lose about 2 lbs a week which lines up..

Like I was guessing 10% higher than that. Most of what I've read says bod pod is pretty accurate but I've seen a few articles say they can also be horrendously off in some cases.

Thoughts on the accuracy of this result?
