I was extremely stressed at school for three days in a row and I ate about 700 kcal during those three days although my daily calorie limit (on 500kcal restriction) is 1493kcal. This was purely unintentional.
I follow more weekly calorie budget than daily (I track my daily calories anyway though, although the weekly number matters the most).
I don't want to lose too much only because I was undereating so would it be bad to allow myself to have a bit more caloric snack today to catch up on those days? I will still be jn a massive deficit (probably a bit more than 3,500kcal per week to be a honest)
To be honest. I'm usually eating about 1350 calories a day therefore I'm always in a larger deficit (than 3,500) by the end of the week but I really don't want to lose too much.
Should I allow myself to have the extra snack (becausr I'm scared of losing to much and then overeating) to boost the overall calorie intake or am I just being ridiculous with this and I can just keep it like it is?
// I'm not restricting myself extremely if anyone's concerned, I eat a lot of beans which are not that high in calories but they really fill me up.
