Been on a deficit for about 5 months now and I’ve already lost about 15 pounds. I was a little strict with my diet - I barely had “unhealthy” food but these days, I just miss being able to eat anything. Since I’ve been also feeling mentally drained from cutting in general as well as excluding certain food, I allowed myself a little more flexibility this week.
Last night, I just decided to have cake for dinner. Still dealing with the slight guilt after eating relatively clean for so long, but I was surprisingly full. Didn’t track for the day, but I had pretty light meals for breakfast and lunch. Anyone else take a break from eating clean and do this? Lol
