Title says it all. Or maybe I could just tell you what my job is - teacher.
Looking for encouragement or advice, if it's something different.
Here's all the excuses I've built up, if I'm going 5o be honest. 1. Can't do therapy because already tried to get therapy for other things and it took 3 months and then failed 2. Can't cut back on work hours 3. Can't quit 4. Am meal prepping my lunches and using some healthy frozen meals 5. Eating good food gives me the dopamine rush I need after being worn down, and it does so quickly which saves me time and anxiety from the time taken to relax and feel good 6. I've tried a long time but keep failing TIA
