Started my journey about 4 months ago when instead of harsh dieting, I'm trying to healthily change my habits.
I started at 230lbs (my heaviest I've been my whole life). I am 25F and only 5'1''. I've also had 2 kids, and since I've had my youngest, I've really let my weight go.
Well, I am now officially my weight (210lbs) that I was at when I had my youngest 2 years ago. I've lost the all weight I've gained since I've had my daughter and COVID quarantine.
Next goal, to be the weight after I had my first born (195lbs), then my weight when I was a teen (160lbs)
