So I am 5ft1in and I am 156lbs and want to get back to 130lbs. I have been down to 145lb and then got back to being very busy and dropped off counting my calories and working out. I need to remind myself to make time to do my weight training/cardio/yoga and stop going to easy way out and eating out.
I work long hours during the week, at least 9 hours but usually ends up being 10-12 hours. I also have quite a few obligations, I go home every other weekend to help my parents, have my animals to care for, home projects to finish but I need to find time to work out for my own health.
Just someone to help remind me to make time and I can do the same for you. The problem I’ve had before is people tend to say sure and then they do that for a few days and then ghost and never respond again.
