Hi Im 21F 4'10 (SW:163, CW:149) . The two big factors that caused my obesity are no movement/exercise: zero NEAT(I know it is technically wrong but you get the point) and no idea of normal food intake (I've always eaten like an average 5'5 person who is lightly active because i was taught this is the basic food intake you need) Anyways i am looking ways to incorporate more NEAT 'exercise' in my daily routine and I saw a video that said to use a resistance band on your legs throughout the day (for walking, sitting etc). Can someon please guide me if I should do it or not?
Plus suggest any more tips to increase NEAT
