Hello, I am a 14-year-old Freshman trying to lose weight. I have tried many times but I fail because I lack motivation, I have cut soda out. I'm trying to lose weight so I am happy with myself, I just wanna be able to go to school without a hoodie on. Can someone give me advice on how to lose body fat? I want to start lifting weights, at school we lift weight every Wednesday and Monday. I want to start running and get a schedule down, so like before school I take a run or something idk. Can someone like make up a schedule or something. Also can someone please give me advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all for your time :) - 14 5'10 190 pounds
