Just beginning

Hi! New member of the attempting a healthy lifestyle change gang! I'm a 30f: 4"8: 213lbs with a goal weight of at least 110lbs but I'd be happy at 120-125.

I've never attempted to lose weight in the past but I have a general idea of how to achieve it. CICO and exercise. Both I'm finding difficult. I'm in Healthcare which is having an insane staffing crisis so I'm working 15-17.5 hour days 5 days a week. I try to make sure to pack something healthy for lunch during the week but due to how hectic work is sometimes it's whatever option is quickest which isn't always healthy. I do go to the gym for at least an hour on my 2 days off but I find because I ate so little during the work week that I binge on those two days. I guess I need to be better about my eating habits even if I'm busy most days. I'm just finding it difficult. I'm considering doing cleaneatzkitchen. Anyone have any advice or tips?
