mini rant incoming
I’ve had a couple people in my family (my mom in particular) tell me that I’m getting too skinny. Other comments include that I need to eat a burger and that I’m nearing anorexia. I keep telling them that I’m pretty much done losing weight at this point - I don’t plan on going below 120 pounds, as that’s a healthy weight for my height. No, I’m not anorexic just because I chose to get a junior cup of ice cream. And no, I’m not going to go and eat 5 bowls of mac and cheese just because I’m done losing weight. Still going to continue eating 3 somewhat healthy meals + snacks and in moderation, since that’s what works best for me.
I understand that they’re just looking out for me but arghhh
