Tomorrow I'm going back to exercise and I'm really excited. I'm going back to an old dance routine I did a few years ago and worked wonders. I pay attention to my diet, but considering I'm sedentary, exercise is a must... and it might as well be something I absolutely love doing :)
For fun today I decided to dance to some good salsa music. I can't salsa dance so I just dance with my own improvised moves, haha. I had so much energy today! I really wanted to dance, but then after just one song I was spent. As in, heart beating so fast it hurts, the taste of blood in my mouth... you name it. Yikes. It's frustrating because I still want to dance! Mentally I'm still pumped, so it sucks that my body can't keep up... for now.
As disappointed as I am not to be able to dance as much as I want to right now, it also motivates me to lose weight and work on my cardio. I know it'll help with my mood as well as I've felt sluggish for quite some time now. I'm excited :) Being able to move around more freely, faster and with more ease is one of the main motivations for me to lose weight!
