Complete and utter lack of motivation

At the beginning of the lockdown last year I decided I’d had enough and committed to losing weight. I managed to actually follow through for once and lost about 60 pounds over the last year. But since the beginning of this year, all the pressures of schoolwork and college applications started ramping up and I lost all motivation and energy to exercise . And what’s even worse is that every time I get stressed about something i’m behind on I just eat to get over it. I’ve basically fallen back into all my old habits and can’t seem to break out of it. Im writing this while procrastinating over whether i should try to get some exercise done at 3 am. Any advice on how to get back into the groove of things? Should I make a schedule or sleep more or what?
