I feel amazing, guys!
I started a new job, recently, and had put my diet down to shift focus. I was really worried that I'd gain the weight back but I didn't! In fact, I lost a little!
I've been at this job a month, now, and I'm almost to 30 lbs down. My family and friends have been commenting on how great I look. The clothes I bought when I started, which fit well at the time, are now almost too baggy to wear, and I got a pair of pants a size or two smaller than before.
What I started doing differently was drinking green two or three cups of green tea a day (jasmine is my favorite) and collagen supplements. I put in my morning coffee, and it helps kill the craving to snack all day (because it's basically pure protein). PLUS it could help shrink up the loose skin I have from a lifetime of being overweight and 4 pregnancies.
*Note: there isn't enough research to support the idea that collagen will shrink loose skin. However, I started doing it because my best friend had her husband take it when he started his pre-band-surgury diet. He still has some loose skin, but not as much as you'd expect from losing so much in such a short time.
