I’ve (20F) been trying to lose weight since June 2020 and I haven’t been successful at all. Please correct me if I’m wrong but from what I understand, in order to be in a calorie deficit you have to exercise more and consume half of the calories you typically would. I feel like I’ve been doing that for some time now but I’m not seeing anything change. I currently weight 220 pounds and my goal is 120. I’ve tried eating less calories by eating one small omelette with nothing but egg and one Cesar salad in the afternoon and evening. I tend to snack on spicy chips called Takis occasionally and drink 1000ml of water when I’m bored. I also workout everyday for 30 minutes by doing cardio exercises from YouTube. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I’m honestly on the verge of quitting.
