Sunday funday. Fuck I forgot to do my meal prep. Ooops. I'll be brief!

Exercise 5 days a week: 60 minutes plus of walking. 3/3 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Got some in this morning.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for attempting to roll with the punches. I may not have succeeded but an attempt was made!
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I really appreciated my choices to stay hydrated & stay vertical. ALso long walk was a very good idea.
