I am a very short 20 yo woman, so my BMR is around 1200 calories. I normally try not to overeat, but today was my birthday and I ate quite a lot. I don’t want to put on a lot of weight. I feel I should cut calories, but I feel so tired if I eat <900 (approximately). It’s also really hard to exercise if I don’t eat properly during the day, but if I do eat 2-3 full meals then the calories I expend exercising are just way less than the extra calories I eat. I’m probably just complaining at this point, but I just want to know how short people, especially short women like myself, are able to maintain their weight. Thx <3
