Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for not getting tail gated again, two days in a row holy shit, that's a pandemic record kids. Also loving the fall colors.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water. I'm also glad that last week me made the doctor's appointment I've been putting off for a while.
