Teenager maintaining 900 calories/day

Does anyone know how to maintain high metabolism when you want to lose weight? I'm 17F 165cm and trying to go from 47 to 42 kg. My highest weight was 56 kg two years ago and I want to be healthier and leaner by making small changes in my lifestyle.

I do 30 mins jump rope and 50 min toning workouts a day and eat mostly veggies and mushrooms with baked fish or chicken. Before anyone comes at me saying I'm an ED troll please hear me out :)

I was put on antidepressants in the past month and while my mood and mental state has improved I still experience some nausea, loss of apetite, and constant lethargy as a side effect of the medication. I think the apetite loss was present for the past few years and my doctor said my apetite might come back now that I'm less anxious but I don't know. I've become more productive and felt less foggy and come to realize that my calorie intake for the past two years is approx. 800-1000 calories a day.

My family is really health conscious so we eat mostly whole foods and not much sugar and since our foods are mostly veggies and lean meats and fruits eaten with rice. I skipped the rice in the past so eating mostly side dishes with veggies was probably why I don't eat that much calories. I think my stomach shrunk but I'm not sure amd I think this lifestyle sustainable with my medication. I know it's unhealthy to eat so little so I tried incorporating more calorie dense foods like peanut butter and more nuts but it just doesnt feel natural to feel that full and I get stomach pains when I try to eat more (tried that for two weeks and the pains were so bad). I think my body is used to eating this much and since I don't have any health and get enough exercise but I'm not sure about its adverse long term effects.

Then after lurking on here I stumbled on studies showing calorie restriction in primates is correlated with increased longevity but then again this was done on monkeys and I just skimmed through it. There's also resources online on how humans are overconsuming food and that it's unnatural for the human body to take in three square meals a day and anecdotal information on how eating less than 1000 calories a day has improved [some elderly person's] mood/medical condition.

I'm pretty at a lost on what to believe but I also know everybody is different so nothing works on everyone, and I feel that this works for me because it is something I'm used to and I lead a somewhat healthy and active lifestyle. Then again I'm pretty uneducated on nutrition and only done surface level research following studies linked on Reddit posts. Does anyone have any insight on this and what I could do in my case to have a better or healthy lifestyle or has any studies they can recommend to me? Now that I'm less sad and anxious I actually care about my health and would appreciate any tips to have a healthy + sustainable lifestyle.

Tl;dr I eat mostly health foods but just realize that I've been "undereating" by not eating enough calories. I'm used to it and eating too much to reach the normal amount is unnatural. Any tips?

Thank you for reading this far and I would appreciate any tips.

P.S. M22 refers to May 2022 whixh is when I'll ne sitting my IB exams. I get called out on my "age discrepancy" so often.
