When will I know if I haven’t messed up?
So for the past week I’ve been meticulously counting everything I’ve eaten.
I walk 5 miles a day, 5 days a week. I use MyFitnessPal everyday to see how many calories to eat.
I’m wondering when I’m going to start to see results?
I’m beyond worried that I’ve been counting the food I’ve been cooking myself wrong.
I read something that said 8 weeks is when you see results. I don’t want that 8 weeks to come and I have been screwing this up like most other things.
I’ve wanted to loose weight for a while and I’m actually serious about it this time. I just don’t want to waist my time
I’m really worried that stuff I’ve been cooking I’ve been counting wrong. I just use the recipes added calorie information.
Again, I don’t want to hit the point that I’m supposed to see results and I have just stayed the same weight the entire time.
