Hi! I've started my weight loss journey little more than three months ago and lost 13kg (29lbs) since then. But, believe it or not, I only bought a food scale and started tracking calories correctly this week, and... I eat a lot less calories than I thought I did. My normal day has something like 1300-1400 calories, and I thought it had +2000! That's very weird for me, because I think I eat a good amount of food in my meals, and always thought I should reduce them, but seems like I should improve them (my BMR + exercises give me a goal of 2200 calories per day).
I could almost double my food intake daily and I would still be in a deficit, according to my fitness pal. That doesn't make sense to me, just seems wrong. I don't feel hungry during the day, and my weight loss has a steady pace (1-1,5lbs per week), and I can work out just fine, no dizziness or whatsoever. What do you guys think? Should I really eat more? Should I keep doing what I'm doing?
