Hi fellow losers! I’ve been trying a bit of intermittent fasting this week and have lost 4.5lb (I know this is an unlikely amount to lose in a week but it’s what the scales say.) I actually feel like I have more energy when I wake up in the morning but I struggle without regular sustenance when I’m having to focus on work.

What do we think of intermittent fasting? I’ve been debating with myself that it’s pretty much just a fancy term that allows us to starve ourselves, which I’ve had problems with in the past. Just because we track it and learn what our body is doing, it’s okay to go without food for 16hrs+? Just wondering other folks’ thoughts on this.
