After nine days of clean eating... today I had my first official cheat day. I ate some cake and chips because I was at a birthday party. I’m a bit upset but not as upset as I would feel before. I feel like it’s fine once in a while. I will continue my diet and intermittent eating tomorrow. I don’t know but this time I do feel kind of... not guilty. It’s kind of nice knowing that I ate shit once compared to every day (how I used to do it before). I think I’m doing better but i’m not completely sure. I think i should also start working out at home but I don’t really know how to because I barely have space in my room. Anyway, this was just a small update for you guys,, let me know what you think !
