I have lost 32kg in 5.5months. During Christmas break I drank and ate way too much but walked every single day. On one of those days I did an 18km walk that took 4 hours! So when I weighed myself last Monday I had put on 2kg over the Christmas holidays, which to be fair I was happy with (3 weeks of poor eating and drinking). So last Monday I went into overdrive with my weight lifting and exercise and calorie counting.... to see I have lost 4kg from last Monday has made me ecstatic :)
For reference I am now 128kg and 6ft1 (185cm), so still a big boy but used to be 162kg...
So excited to see what this year brings
