Weightloss Plateau

Hi everyone! I have a situation and I wanted to know if I could get some advice. I've been steadily losing weight last year, and I lost 20 pounds. It took me about 4 months. During Thanksgiving time in the US, I was less strict with my diet but I only gained like 3 pounds. I lost it no problem.

My problem is, ever since the holidays, I've gotten back to my regular program and I can't lose weight! I haven't lost one pound in about 2 months, almost 3. I thought it might be that I was being too lax with my diet, but I've been eating the same things everyday, totaling 1300 calories, around 100+ grams of protein. I did cut back on drinking water, I don't drink a gallon/4 liters everyday but I'm getting back into the habit (I just got bored with the same Crystal Light flavors everyday). I still don't drink anything but water.

When it comes to exercise, I lost the 20 pounds without any exercise. I didn't even average 1000 steps a day. I have increased it to 10,000 steps a day, and still not one pound. I haven't been 100% consistent in the walking (like I didn't go and walk this week) but I did literally everyday last week and the scale didn't budge. I didn't eat anything extra because of the new exercise, I continued to weigh my food.

I know it can't be muscle, I've taken photos and not one inch has decreased. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but my scale also monitors my fat and water percentage and hasn't seen any change.

What in the world am I doing wrong?!?

I started out at 280 pounds, now I'm stuck at 260. My goal is 155. I try not to obsess with my weightloss because I know when I get to my goal weight I won't be as obsessive, but almost 3 months of work and no results anywhere is making me frustrated.

I've changed the batteries on both my food scale and my actual scale and calibrate them before every use (they get moved a lot around the house).

Has anyone else been in this situation? I would love any advice I could get.
