Age 27
My start weight was 195 pounds and I've slowly lost over time and sometimes get lazy and gain back but I've been calories counting for years no calories go unaccounted for.
My current calorie intake is 800 to 900 a day, I see my local gp every few weeks who monitors my progress but she isn't currently taking appointments due to covid I was just instructed to follow my 800 to 900 plan and every other day to make sure I'm drinking my nutrient replacement for breakfast.
Being 5'1 and having pcos and endometriosis 1200 calories simply maintains my weight but this is an exception due to my pcos I don't reccomend 800 calories a day it SUCKS.
When I am overweight my periods stop my hair falls out and my hormones are all over the place, I just don't know how to break this plateu when I'm literally following every step my doctor sets religiously, I can't exercise at more than a brisk walk for a couple of miles a day due to having a weak heart after catching covid a few months ago :/ Could lack of exercise even on 900 cals be causing me to stall?
Any advice help, theories on what's happening are greatly appreciated.
