Hey guys advice please

So I've been counting calories for a few weeks now (ignored it at xmas but just ate small portions of the healthier options that were on the table) and it hasn't been going too bad. That with exercising in the forms of walks, horse riding and aqua aerobics classes, has helped me lose 10kg so far and I've noticed the clothes I'm wearing are a bit more of a looser fit. I've just started intermittent fasting 16:8 (literally my first hours...) to try and give that a go. Has anyone else included these things into their weight loss journies? (Counting calories, exercise and fasting) If so, how's it going? I'm not obsessed with losing weight but it's more like a huge casual focus...i want to prepare my body to have a family... I'm 25F 103kg, i need to right this ugly wrong in my life. I'd love some motivation to follow please!!
