i have been trying to eat at a calorie deficit of 500 by eating 1200 calories per day and i try to exercise hiit of emi wong everyday for 30 minutes or other standing and ab with lean arms workout when i'm lazy. i feel like it's not working because i started last january 14 with the calorie deficit but i only lost 1.5kg (4lbs) weight but my inches on my body didn't lessen. is that normal? i still eat cookies or tarts as snacks twice a week or pizza but only one slice but on other meals i try to consume as much veggies and proteins as i can while consuming the 1200 calories. will i reach my goal by june?
i'm currently 147 lbs, 19 y/o, 5'1 and with bmi of 28.8
any tips on how i can lose weight easier? i will try to post weekly updates of my weight here. thank you!
