Baby steps

I haven't had my scale because we (SO, pupper and 5 month old and I (32F)) moved around Christmas and New Year's and we still don't have a place so it's still in storage.

Anywhozzles - I last weight myself at 185.6 on Dec 29, 2020. I had an opportunity to be weighed on Jan 19th and came in at 182.5. Roughly 3 weeks, roughly 3 lbs and all with no daily or weekly weigh in. I'm also pleased because moving is stressful and living in a hotel room makes it easy to eat out (but I haven't but a handful of times! I'm sticking to fresh fruits and vegetables - a luxury I couldn't afford where I moved from).

Starting weight: 195, Current weight: 182.5, Goal weight 1: 170 (close to prepreg weight), Goal Weight 2: 156 (h/w standard for my height)

Thanks for reading. I'm proud of that progress and it's been a struggle all my life to lose or maintain.
