Hello im not sure where to start but i guess with some basic stats about me .
Im 25f , 5ft 3inches on the dot and my start weight is 237.6lbs . I want to be around 120lbs which is a looong way off as i want to lose weight slowly .
Of course one of the reason i want to lose weight is health but the other main reason is i hate how much iv let my weight slip in the last few years .
I have a couple small goals for January 2021 : 1) less salt 2) drink more water 3) try todo a basic work at once a week 4)post here to keep myself accountable 5) weigh in only on Wednesday morning’s
Once these goals become habits il find five new small goals . Im hoping by doing this i can lose weight and maintain it for my life not just for a few years.
This time next year i want to be 185lbs that seems a manageable number to get down too.
If anyone knows any good easy workouts on YouTube let me know .
