Five days ago I started trying to lose weight again. It's been an ongoing battle for a few years now due to me losing motivation or getting bored.
I am not a huge fan of high intensity workouts and am not interested in sports, plus I don't have a lot of space where I live. So it has been a struggle to find the right workout for myself.
I did find a Pilate app with workouts that makes me sweat but doesn't kill me. So far I have managed to be consistent with it for 5 days. I need to lose the weight because I'm not at a healthy weight for my height and build. I am 4'11 and was 190lbs, now I am currently 182.4lbs.
I am also trying to get the courage to workout in my living room instead of my bedroom since the living room has a lot more space but I feel embarrassed about working out or exercising infront of my family.
