Hello ! I might be obssesing over this one, but i really feel the need the ask around about it 😅 Last weekend, i had a late dinner on friday with high sodium intake. On Saturday morning, weighed myself, i gained 500gms (new weight:52kg). Over the week, i failed to lose the 500gms (with IF and Workout) -it kept juggling at at 100-200gms up and down (51.9-51.8kg) but still within the 500gms. Now cut forward to yesterday(Friday) i had a late dinner again, and this morning, i weighed another 500gms (new weigh 52.3kg). Happy Scales shows a gain of 300gms. All this within the last 7days. What do you think might be happening? Have i gained fat? How can i shed this water weight? Is this a plateau? My goal weight is anywhere near 46-47kgs, I am 5’. Late dinners due to two weddings i attended. Many thanks!!
