M 19 6’2 268-246 in 2 weeks

I’m going back into fitness mode I started as 268 pounds14 days ago and today I’m 246. I used to do football and had that v shape when I was young and since then I got fat from a concussion. I was wondering how can I continue to lose fat because I’ve hit a flatline for a few days.

My diet has been: only meat plus celery, mostly ground beef with salt and pork chops with eggs but only eating from 2pm till 7 pm and limiting those calories.

Working out: I work in general merchandise and it’s about 12,000 steps per 8 hour shift but for lifting, general purpose dumbbells in no real routine just most of the work outs that dumbbells can offer but I do it every day.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated plus how to lose another 20 pounds in the same timeframe would really help!
