Hello all, I am 19 years old, 6'1 and I weigh 250 pounds, I am going to be starting university in September and I really do not like the size I am, what would be the best way for me to lose weight as the gyms are closed here in the UK. I have started running at night and I do occasional pressups in my room. I know if I have an idea of what I need to do then I will stick to it.
My only problem is my mother cooks unhealthy food and doesn't let me cook as she does so for the family at once. The only healthy thing she knows how to cook is fish, what foods would you guys suggest as well as workouts I could do easily from my room etc. Thank you so much :)
