What a weird Wednesday. For those of us in the US, I hope you're staying safe & as sane as possible. Strangeness afoot.
Weigh in daily, enter into Libra & report here: 235.0 lbs, 235.8 lbs trend weight. Reporting even if I don't like it!
Stay within calorie range (1800): 1708 ish today, about to get after dinner. Roasted veggies & lean cheeseburgers over yonder. Better than yesterday, looking to do even better tomorrow. Meal prep, pre planning dinners & homemade coffee beverages. 4/5 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 35 ish minutes of stationary bike. Liking the intensity. We'll see what my quads say tomorrow. 6/6 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket): Took some time to journal during lunch today.
Try a new recipe once a week: Acorn squash with vanilla sugar, a new variant on green chili & a honey mustard broccoli salad that really tickled me. 3/5 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I am grateful to live in a place that isn't facing down anything too scary as far as political upheaval. Protests have been peaceful where I am and for that I'm grateful.
