Rant - Not hungry but not satistifed

I am just venting here. My post was removed for "not having enough content" and I am not sure what else I need to add. I took a "break" over the holidays and for two weeks I didn't count calories or fight cravings or any of that. I haven't gotten on the scale yet, so I don't know how much damage I did. But mentally it was very relaxing. I wasn't white knuckling through cravings or obsessing over how long until I can eat again. I am back in my routine now and noticing that, while I am definitely not hungry, I don't ever get that satisfied feeling that I had from eating until I was full. I miss that! Any one else know what I mean or have any advice?
