Happy Sunday funday! Anyone out there finishing up their meal prep?
Weigh in daily, enter into Libra & report here: 237 lbs, lbs trend weight. Reporting even if I don't like it!
Stay within calorie range (1800): On target today assuming I can behave myself around those 1200 is plenty banana brownies my SO is making me. Better than yesterday, looking to do even better tomorrow. Meal prep, pre planning dinners & homemade coffee beverages. 2/2 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Low impact cardio video & some tbar swings. 3/3 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket): Some difficult talk about mental health today. Even if those conversations suck, you gotta have em. Did a lot of stuff today that will make the week ahead easier too.
Try a new recipe once a week: Variant on green chili. 1/5 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I am grateful for my partner & access to mental health services up to and including internet forums like reddit. When the going gets tough, it's nice to know you aren't alone & that at the very least is so much easier than it has ever been before. Take care of your bad selves losers. You are worth it.
