Sometimes I do stress/boredom eat and I'm working on getting better with that but sometimes even when I've eaten lots for the day I will get a empty feeling in my stomach and the more I try ignore it the worse it gets I try ignore it and it eventually goes away but sometimes it actually feels kinda painful and makes me feel sick and I usually end up giving in and eating, any advice on what I should do?
Also I'm legit just asking a fucking question idk why the bot has to take my posts down for "having too little content". I'm not writing a god dam book over the fact I get stomach pains.
