I've decided to write this post after the visit with my nutritionist.
In these six months I had a very great results.
When I've started I was 180 lbs (82 kg), Now I'm 152 lbs (68,6 kg).

I'm full of anxiety because in the last month, when I started to have more problems (I'm unemployed + the closure of the gym + some family members that are having the covid in a very hard way) I've started to eat and the last month I haven't lost weight.... for this reason I'm quite worried and more full of anxiety, because I'm scared to return at the beginning...
