I'm a 23 F, 5'1, SW: 155, CW: 125, GW: 110 looking for an accountability buddy. I have about 15 lbs to lose, but my focus is more about developing healthy habits such as eating clean and working out regularly, and decreasing social media use. I have fallen off the wagon over the past few months with working out especially and haven't been paying attention to my diet, which needs to change because I've been feeling very sluggish, am starting to gain weight back, and have lost a lot of strength. It's taking a mental toll on me and I'm ready to change and take control. I keep trying to start, but am failing to stay consistent. I am looking for a buddy who I can check in with regularly and can update on progress and goals. Of course I'll do the same and try to keep you accountable with your goals as well.
