Change in pallet after eating healthy?

Hey,anyone notice that after a while of eating really healthy/Low calorie foods that your pallet changes?Ive always said to a lot of people who are trying to lose weight to keep tempting foods out of the house and always keep Low cal foods inside the house because let’s face it,no one binges in chicken breast,broccoli or egg whites.But recently,I’ve realised I can’t keep chicken breast and egg whites in the house lol.I can’t keep vegetables or much fruits in the house because I’m extremely tempted to eat all of it.My parents stored biscuits and all those less healthy foods and tempting foods in the house all the time and I find that I don’t even want it,but if there’s chicken breast in the freezer I’m literally cooking all of them and eating it.It goes to the point where I don’t meal prep anymore because if I keep it in the fridge,I’m smashing it within a day.Anyone facing these?Lmao
